Female from trio

Male beardie #2 from trio

Male beardie #1 from trio

New Dragon Trio!!!

Received yesterday. Beautiful juveniles. The parents are gorgeous. The male is a huge orange and very pricy guy from Sundial Reptiles'family. They are 7 mos. old but tiny still. The female is larger than the males. Lovely orange and copper hues. All are in shed right now so it should be interesting to see their true colors in a few days. All are friendly. The 2 males have tail nips from their sibling sister who has her entire tail of course.

Dexter

Dexter is about 3 weeks old and has lots of color to him. Nice yellows. He is sweet and loves to be held. I am not sure if he is a male or female yet. He loves to give kisses and to bask on his log. Very cute! He came from the Georgia Bearded Dragons line and the person that I purchased him from said he has some german giant in him.

More of Pug

Looks like a little male. He is on the wild side and not too fond of being held yet. He has very nice coloring. He has coral spots on his back right now. Should be interesting to see how this hypo pastel changes. He is about 6 weeks old, eating well, extremely active and hard to catch!

More of Bandit

Bandit has some beautiful copper hues. He was a little crazy when we first brought him home and was about to shed. He has settled quite a bit but is still our little head-bobber of the bunch and boy does his beard get black.

Izzy's Update

Izzy is 220 grams and 15.5 inches long. Here are pics of Izzy pressing her beely against the tank to show off her belly-spots and a few of her worshipping her sun god.

Taz's Update

Taz is doing great. She still doesn't like swimming and still hasn't shed. She has dark green stripes when she is outside sunning. Taz is 372 grams today and 19 inches long! I think she's gonna be huge.

Mango's Update

The vet does think Mango is eggy or about to be so she remailns in her egg-laying-friendly setup and loves it. Mango loves swimming just as much as Izzy. She gets very active and her pattern gets dark and her belly gets great spots when she is outside. She weighs 412 grams today but is only 12 inches long due to her tail nip.

Pickles

Pickles getting crix.

Outside for a soak and some sun. She is 112 grams and 11.25 inches long today.

New Dragon Pug

I got Pug on Saturday at the Round Rock Expo. He is about a month old and has some purdy colors.

New Dragon Bandit

Got him at the expo on Saturday in Round Rock. He weighs 95 grams and is 11.5 inches long. He is in the process of a full body shed so we will get to see what he really looks like tomorrow. He has lots of gold and burnt orange on him.

Cage Setups.

Mango with her new egg-laying friendly condo. The vet said we should make sure that she can lay eggs if she needs to. They are unfertilized as far as I know. Wet sand is in 1 corner of the aquarium (as recommended by a breeder at the reptile and amphibian expo in round rock on Saturday. The other side is dry. She is super active in the new cage and chasing her crix without dragging her belly. She is still not so fond of greens. I don't feed her worms as they are fattening. Mango loves to swim outside and fall asleep on you in the evenings.

Mango upper left. Izzy on the right. Izzy was coccidia positive and completed her new antibiotics but still won't eat crix but will take Superworms and veggies. She is much more active though now so I hope to see her chasing crix in no time.
Pickles is on the floor. I lined the outside of her cage so she could stop attacking her reflection. She likes her veggies and gets dusted crix 1-2x per day.

New dragon, Bandit, 5 mos old just like Pickles. He couldn't room in with Pickles because he was too aggressive. He head bobs and arm waves and his beard is often black. We will hold him a lot to get him socialized as he is still head bobbing when we hold him. He may be irritable because he is shedding right now. He likes crix 1-2x per day and eats his salad veggies well.

Taz is enjoying Mango's old condo. Taz is a very active and sometimes aggressive lizard and is really loving this cage and hascalmed down quite a bit. I think this one is a female! She likes her sandbox to sleep in. She is on antibiotics for a bacterial infection and then will be on another antibiotic as she was coccidia positive too. Taz has the biggest appetite out of all the lizards we own. He eats the most veggies too. He loves superworms and his dusted crix. I gave him twice the amount of veggies today than usual and he gulped them all down.

This is Pug, he is about 1 month old and pretty tiny still. He is eating very small crix and likes chopped up greens. He is a nervous little thing and only tolerates being held for brief periods. He is cute and has great colors. I gave him a quick soak tonight and he drank water. Very sweet.

New Pics Today

Taz is 346gm and 12 months old. Taz ran around in the livingroom like a nut today. He sure is quick. I am amazed he let me weigh him. Taz looks like he will shed on his tail and one of his back legs soon.

Pickles is 78gms and 4 months old. She is doing great and is in her 1st shed since she has been with us.

Izzy is 216gms and 12 months old. I took a repeat fecal specimen to the vet today but I don't know the results yet so she is still on her antibiotics and doing great.

Mango is 396gm and about 15 months old. Mango continues to be so sweet but at the same time a bit too passive. I am hoping that now that she is starting to chase crix and we stopped mealies that she will perk up some. She is refusing most veggies except for carrots so I tricked her into taking some collard greens. We will get her swimming outside hopefully tomorrow if it doesn't rain and see how she likes that as I think it'll be great exercise for her.
